Pricing

Most professional translations today are carried out at a charge based on prices per word. The price per word depends on language combination and field of expertise. Some language combinations are less expensive than others, as supply and demand play an important role, and some fields of expertise are more expensive than others if they are very complex.

Therefore, it is easier for a translator to give customers an exact price in advance, if the text or parts of the text are available in connection with pricing of the translation job.

For translation jobs containing less than 150 words, I generally charge half an hour’s work.

SANDE OVERSÆTTELSER can assist you with proofreading of the translations of others or of texts in general. The price for this will be based on an hourly rate. Therefore, please send your text for evaluation, so that you can receive a fixed price and delivery time of the job in advance.

If you wish to have a second opinion and proofreading of the translation from SANDE OVERSÆTTELSER, this can also be arranged.
